Registered Nurse (RN) – Specialty Infusion (IVIG / Biologics)
PRN / Part-Time | Home-Based | Pediatric
BrightStar Care of Roseville is expanding into specialty home infusion services through a newly finalized specialty pharmacy partnership. We are building a small, high-quality clinical team to support home-based IVIG and biologic infusions for both pediatric and adult patients.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs who enjoy autonomy, advanced clinical care, and structured recurring cases.
Position Overview
Our infusion cases typically include:
- IVIG and biologic infusions
- Home-based visits
- Higher-acuity but medically stable patients
- Most schedules are 1 day every 4 weeks
- Some regimens require 2–3 consecutive infusion days
- Predictable, scheduled visits (not shift-based care)
We are intentionally building a small, consistent infusion team and are looking for nurses who want to grow in specialty infusion practice.

Ideal Candidate
We are seeking RNs who:
- Are highly comfortable with IV therapy and vascular access
- Have strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Are open to pediatric cases (some patients ~60 lbs)
- Value patient education and relationship-based care
- Are interested in PRN or part-time specialty infusion work
- Prefer structured, scheduled visits vs. traditional shift nursing
IVIG or infusion experience is preferred, but strong IV competency with willingness to train will be considered.

Requirements of the Home Health Registered Nurse RN
Registered Nurse (RN) – Specialty Infusion (IVIG / Biologics)
PRN / Part-Time | Home-Based | Pediatric
- NO LESS THAN 1 year of experience with direct patient contact as a licensed RN, per our accreditation requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with peripheral vascular access and infusion delivery devices
- Visit nursing experience preferred
- Dressing and wound care a plus
- Exceptional nursing assessment skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Case management skills
- Current and unrestricted RN license in CA
- CPR and TB skin test
- Valid Driver's License, reliable car with auto insurance and ability to travel on a daily basis
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
- Ability to clock in and out on a Smartphone
