Live-In : $1,520.36 Weekly

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, particularly those with dementia or memory-related conditions.
- Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with catheter care when necessary.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
- Support clients in engaging in daily activities and encourage independence while ensuring safety.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress.
Requirements
- Current HHA License in the state of NJ
- Ability to perform personal care tasks with dignity and respect for client privacy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- MUST have 3 References (2 Professional, 1 Personal)
- MUST be able to pass a background check & Drug Test as required by state regulations.
- Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
