What This Role Looks Like
- One-on-one in-home infusion visits (IVIG, biologics, iron, etc.)
- Visits are recurring but scheduled weeks apart (typically every 3–8 weeks)
- Travel between nearby towns based on patient needs
- Start peripheral IVs independently and access ports as needed
- Administer infusion therapies and manage treatments safely and accurately
- Work independently, you are the only nurse in the home

- Lexington
- Charlestown
- Dorchester
- Auburn
Pay & Benefits

- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong infusion RN / IV therapy experience
- Confident with independent IV starts
- CPR/BLS (AHA or Red Cross only) — can be renewed during onboarding
- Physical & TB (within 1 year) — can be completed during onboarding
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
