BrightStar Care is aggressively expanding our school nursing program, and we are actively hiring:
- 1:1 School Nurses (RNs strongly preferred)
- Substitute School Nurses (must have or be willing to obtain certification)
- Private Duty Home Care Nurses (infusions, wound care, trach, G-tube, etc.)

What You’ll Do
Depending on assignment (school or home care), responsibilities may include:
- 1:1 care for pediatric or adult patients
- Medication administration and treatments
- G-tube, trach, and ventilator care
- Wound care and infusions
- Monitoring and documenting patient condition
- Supporting student health needs in school settings
Requirements
- Active NJ RN license or LPN
- 2 year clinical experience (home care, hospital, LTC, or school)
- School nurse certification (preferred for school roles)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong clinical judgment and communication
