IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for Pediatric Private Duty Nurses (RN/LPN) in the Louisville, KY area! We are hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for 1:1 in-home pediatric skilled nursing care, with day and night shifts available and flexible full-time and part-time opportunities.
RN: $32–$38/hour | LPN: $25–$30/hour

Requirements:
- Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Kentucky
- Pediatric Experience preferred
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required with bedside care preferred
- Experience with g-tubes, trachs/vent and cath care preferred
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
- Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Nurse Manager and any other appropriate personnel informed
- Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and organization skills needed

Salary: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour (Licensed Practical Nurse $25-30) & (Registered Nurse $32-38). Note: compensation may vary based on skill, experience and location.

Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Louisville, KY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- CPR
