Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled in-home nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with physician-ordered care plans
- Perform assessments, monitor patient progress, and document clinical findings accurately
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Educate patients and family members on care procedures, medications, and health management
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to ensure continuity of care
- Respond to changes in patient condition and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards
- Active Florida RN license in good standing
- Pediatric nursing experience required (home health experience a plus)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient/family education abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with the ability to work independently

Salary : $45 - $60
