Position Summary: As a Business Development Manager at BrightStar Care of Indianapolis, you will drive census growth and expand our community presence. You will build strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and case managers to promote our "Higher Standard" of home health services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to increase client census and meet growth targets.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, and physicians.

- Collaboration: Work with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of Business Development or Sales experience required.

- Skills: Proven ability to meet sales goals with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
