Job Overview

***We are looking for a reliable Caregiver or CNA to serve a client with total care needs.  Hoyer Lift, and cerebral palsy or bed bound experience is preferred.  This assignment is LONG TERM, 4 days per week (Sun-Wed) for 9 hours per day 8am-5pm.  Additional hours may be available by taking on additional clients.

Caregiver Pay Range

$23 - $26 per hour

Responsibilities

· Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

· Provide companionship and emotional support

· Help with light housekeeping and laundry

· Monitor and report changes in clients’ well-being or behavior

· Follow care plans and safety protocols

· Assist with medication reminders

· Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed

· Foster independence and promote social interaction

Qualifications

· Previous caregiver experience required

· Must register as a Home Care Aide with CDSS

· 18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required

· Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening

· CPR & First Aid certification

· TB test or chest x-ray

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
