Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation (base salary Annual bonus): $105,000 – $120,000/year
- $2,000 sign-on bonus

- Lead and manage all clinical aspects and clinical care-staff for assigned business
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery
- Administer medications, IV infusions , and treatments as prescribed
- Provide advanced wound care, including Wound VAC (NPWT) management
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Supervise and support nurses, aides, and caregivers
- Coordinate staffing and ensure proper coverage for patient cases
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Active RN license (required)
- CPR (required)
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with one (1) year experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred
- Strong clinical skills in IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care
- Reliable car/auto insurance
Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
