12-Hour Shifts, 7am-7pm AND 7pm-7am
Home Care, Private Duty Nursing Case.
LPNs or RNs with critical care experience desired.
Part-Time or Full-Time options.

We are looking for RNs and LPNs with critical care experience for 12-hour shifts on a high-need case.
Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:
- Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act.
- Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
- Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
- Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Position Requirements
Nurse Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois)
- Home Health Experience Preferred
- Critical Care Experience Preferred (Trach, G-Tube, Vent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clean background and criminal record.
- Negative TB and Cleared Physical
- Current CPR Certification.
