Nurse Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)
- Deliver high quality, reliable and compassionate care to our clients
- Wound care/dressing changes
- Client visits and related documentation in the EMR
- Medication management/administration
- G-tube/trach/vent care
- IV/IG Injections
Must Have Requirements:
- Unencumbered RN license (required)
- 1-yr RN nursing experience (required)
- Previous med-surg experience (preferred)
- Previous homecare or home health experience (preferred)
- Active CPR and recent negative TB/Chest x-ray
- Reliable transportation
