How You Will Make an Impact:
As an LNA or Caregiver, you are the heart of our organization. You will provide one-on-one, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and joyful companionship.
- Support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (for LNAs).
- Help implement personalized client care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience/License: A current New Hampshire LNA license OR a minimum of 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (Home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred).
- Heart for Service: A genuine, heartfelt desire to help others with a positive, respectful attitude.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation to travel to client homes.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
