Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced CNA or Home Health Aides (HHA) for 12 Hour shifts / or 24-hour shifts to provide one-on-one care in a client's home few days a week. This role is essential in helping our clients live safely, independently, and with dignity in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, skin care
- Alzheimer's and Dementia experience
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying up, changing linens)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans developed by our clinical team
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate with supervising nurse
- Active CNA License in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in home care, assisted living, or similar
- Ability to work overnight shifts 9pm to 8am (accommodations provided)
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and provide references
