Are you looking for some supplemental income? Do you already have a primary job and only want to work weekends? If so, BrightStar Care can accommodate what you're looking for! We're searching for a dedicated CNA or HHA looking for weekends full of work. We will GUARANTEE offer you at least 24 hours worth of hours with clients every weekend. We do require you to be available from 7a-7p Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We pay for travel time between clients and we're looking for someone who is comfortable traveling to these areas: Bloomington, Minneapolis, St.Louis Park, Golden Valley, north to Fridley Areas. - Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
- A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
