What You'll Do
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient condition and deliver individualized care with minimal supervision
- Execute physician orders: administer meds, treatments, and follow-up
- Document patient care accurately
- Communicate changes and needs to physicians and care teams
- Mentor and supervise LPNs and CNAs (if applicable)
- Provide emergency care as needed
- Educate patients and families on prevention and wellness
Schedule
- Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, and Hoilday
- Position types: Part-Time, PRN/Per Diem
Requirements for Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Active RN license (Florida or Compact)
- CPR certification
- 1 year nursing experience in home health (preferred)
- Reliable transportation (driver's license & auto insurance)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform essential physical tasks
- Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills
- (Preferred): Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
