Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
Use mobility equipment safely when required
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow individualized plans of care
Requirements:
CNA or PCA certification/licensure in the State of Arkansas
Current CPR or BLS certification
Valid Arkansas driver’s license
Current automobile insurance
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Proven history of reliability and punctuality
Compassionate, professional, and client-focused attitude
Preferred Experience:
Experience using Hoyer lifts
Experience using gait belts
Familiarity with safe transfer techniques
At least one year of experience in home care is required
