You will be serving consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group or independent living home-like setting.ResponsibilitiesTrain and monitor QIDPs to provide overall quality services to individuals receiving ICF servicesTrain and monitor QIDPs to be able to write, review and in-service staff on Behavioral Support PlansAudit existing Behavioral Support PlansProvide operational support to critical areas, in alignment with Regional team, to ensure long-term fixes are implemented via onsite/hands-on support, remote oversight, and coaching/training with staffProvide operational and location staff education on quality deliverablesTrack survey results and assist with survey preparation Review and monitor quarterly safety committee workbooksMonitor infection control issues (masks, PPE, cleaning schedules, etc.)Audit operational documentation and incident reportsProvide quality checks of homes; verifying staffing ratios are correct based on consumer needs, ensuring supply quantities, furniture items, and cleanliness, and providing onsite reviews with the intent of correcting issues immediatelyAssist, monitor, and coach locations to ensure that Plans of Correction are being carried out and any punitive action within the agency, related to survey quality, is addressedProvide active treatment monitoringProvide remote and onsite training with Executive Directors and Program Managers to focus on critical quality initiatives while understanding the regulations and internal policiesTrain and coach various operational positions based on each team member's skillsetManage the overall teams network site to ensure accurate data and materials are availableOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human ServicesAt least one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesAbility to work in group home or independent living home-like settingsAbility to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the companyAbility to handle physical aspects of job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and walking for periods of timeMaintain state regulatory certifications, as required by state/program requirementsExtensive Travel requiredNon-traditional work schedule expectedAbout our Line of BusinessResCare Community Living, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, has five decades of experience in the disability services field, providing support to individuals who need assistance with daily living due to an intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disability.
