Responsibilities
- Guide individuals and families in crisis, addressing various needs and concerns.
- Assist clients in accessing government funds, education, or treatment.
- Evaluate client situations, considering medical, psychological, and social factors.
- Help patients and families develop plans to meet their needs, mobilizing inner capacities and environmental resources.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work
- Five plus years of clinical social work experience
- Valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Medical Social Worker license
- Ability to conduct psycho-social assessments and develop viable care plans
