As a RN Clinical Supervisor You will:

• Review new patient referrals and determine care needs; assign appropriate hospice staff.

• Support and guide clinical staff through home visits, case reviews, and real-time consultations.

• Help develop patient care plans, set treatment goals, and prioritize care.

• Lead and participate in team case conferences to ensure coordinated, holistic care.

• Conduct regular chart audits and provide feedback for quality improvement.

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical team members.

• Support staff development and continuing education programs.

• Assist in policy development and uphold professional care standards.

• Engage in community outreach and promote the hospice's mission and services.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals.

*	Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of operation.
*	Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
*	Previous experience in hospice or home care setting required.
*	Minimum of two (2) years of management or supervisory experience preferred.

*	Current CPR certification, maintained in accordance with organizational policy.
*	Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured per state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.

*	Proven ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
*	Demonstrates excellent observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills-both verbal and written.
*	Understands the hospice philosophy and the emotional, clinical, and ethical considerations surrounding end-of-life care.
*	Knowledge of pain and symptom management principles.
*	Adheres to accepted professional standards and practices.
*	Commitment to clinical excellence and thorough documentation.
