The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team and play a key role in developing our US business.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a market, work with high-quality clients, and contribute to building a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across retained and contingent searches
• Building and developing client relationships within energy and technology related markets
• Developing your own market vertical and candidate network
• Delivering high-quality searches across commercial and technical roles
• Contributing to business development and growth strategy
• Supporting and mentoring more junior team members

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency or search)
• Strong billing track record
• Ability to build and manage client relationships
• Commercial mindset with a focus on long-term value
• Interest in working within energy / clean technology markets
• Ambition to grow within a scaling business
