Tarper expectations

1. Must be able to work Monday to Friday (Saturday when it is mandatory. We notify few days before).

2. Must be able to work the entire shift every day Be on time.

3. Hours of operations start at 5am everyday (MON-FRI/ SAT).

4. We work every day, we close on Thanksgiving and Christmas day.

5. Tarper must be prepared to work outside (ALL TYPE OF WEATHER).

6. We provide PPE: hard hat, safety vest, safety glass and glove for work.

7. Principal rule; treat everyone with respect.

8. Shoveling is part of the job; trailer decks, to assist drivers who are stuck, to assist shag drivers to hook to a trailer.

9. Training 5 step process: 1) prepare trailers 2) bungie tarps 3) strapping 4) deploying the tarps 5) un-cable and cable rail cars.

10.Tarper then throws straps from the trailer over the load to secure the tarp. This is done with approximately 10 straps.

11.Tarper is also responsible for keeping work area clean of debris, empty skids, etc Must be physically capable of lifting over 100 Lb tarps
