Brightside Windows is growing fast and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our door-to-door residential window sales team in the Silverdale area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands D2D sales and knows how to build, train, and manage a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of D2D sales representatives
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales reps
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching to improve performance
- Track results, hold accountability, and drive consistent production
- Work closely with ownership to scale sales operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven door-to-door (D2D) sales experience – REQUIRED
- Sales management or team leadership experience – REQUIRED
- Strong closer with residential or in-home sales experience
- Confident leader who can coach, motivate, and hold reps accountable
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle – REQUIRED
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
Compensation & Opportunity
- Performance-based compensation (overrides/commission)
- Managers with a successful team can average $20,000–$30,000 per month
