In-Home Sales Consultant

Brightside Windows is expanding in the Salt Lake City market, and we're looking for an experienced in-home sales professional who can do more than just close.

We're looking for a proven closer who wants to produce at a high level while helping us build a winning sales culture throughout the Salt Lake City area. This is an opportunity for someone who can lead by example, help develop other sales professionals, and potentially grow into a larger leadership role as the market expands.

What You'll Do

• Run scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners
• Conduct targeted neighborhood canvassing, including door-to-door outreach, to generate additional opportunities
• Present Brightside Windows products and solutions with confidence
• Build trust, identify homeowner needs, overcome objections, and close business
• Lead by example through strong personal sales performance
• Help reinforce sales processes, expectations, and best practices
• Mentor and support newer sales consultants as the team grows
• Share feedback and coaching that helps improve individual and team performance
• Help create a competitive, accountable, and positive sales culture
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve close rates and overall sales results
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in in-home sales, home improvement sales, or another high-ticket closing environment
• Strong presentation, objection-handling, and closing ability
• A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales goals
• Natural leadership skills and the ability to earn the respect of other sales professionals
• Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or leading salespeople is a strong plus
• Competitive, self-motivated, and accountable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with a mix of scheduled in-home appointments and proactive neighborhood outreach
• Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
• Reliable transportation

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Compensation: Commission-based with high earning potential
