D2D Sales Team Manager

Brightside Windows is expanding in Missoula and the surrounding Western Montana area, and we're looking for an experienced Door-to-Door Sales Manager to help lead and develop a high-performing sales team.

We're looking for a proven sales leader who can lead from the front, coach representatives in the field, drive accountability, and help build a winning sales culture.

If you have door-to-door, canvassing, or home improvement sales experience and know how to motivate a team and drive results, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage door-to-door sales representatives
• Canvass residential neighborhoods alongside the team and lead by example
• Coach reps on prospecting, homeowner conversations, objection handling, and appointment generation
• Set clear expectations for activity, performance, and accountability
• Train and develop new and existing representatives
• Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Motivate the team to consistently achieve individual and market goals
• Help recruit and onboard new sales talent as the market grows
• Build a competitive, accountable, and positive sales culture
• Partner with leadership to improve overall sales performance

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in door-to-door, canvassing, home improvement, or a similar sales environment
• Experience managing, coaching, training, or mentoring salespeople
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, prospecting, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable coaching in the field and leading by example
• Competitive, self-motivated, and accountable
• Reliable transportation

Location: Missoula, MT
Compensation: Performance-based with high earning potential
