Position Overview
We are looking for motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate leads and help homeowners learn about our permanent outdoor lighting systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident communicating with people, self-motivated, and interested in earning uncapped commission income.
No prior lighting experience is required — we will provide training on our products, sales process, and customer approach.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
- Educate potential customers about permanent outdoor lighting systems
- Generate leads and schedule estimates/consultations
- Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally
- Track leads and follow up with potential customers
- Meet or exceed weekly sales and lead generation goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
