Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage technical programs focused on AI-driven documentation systems ✅ Integrate LLMs and AI tools to automate documentation and improve knowledge accessibility
✅ Develop scalable documentation frameworks using SharePoint, Confluence, or Wiki platforms
✅ Facilitate Agile processes including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
✅ Manage stakeholders and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies
✅ Optimize Atlassian tools (especially Jira) for project management and collaboration
✅ Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
✔ 5 years of Technical Program Management experience
✔ Strong expertise with Jira and the Atlassian suite
✔ Experience leveraging LLMs / AI tools for documentation and knowledge management
✔ Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or Wiki platforms
✔ Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
✔ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
➕ Experience with Python scripting for automation
➕ Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)
➕ Knowledge of Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) principles

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
