Event Team Member

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Team Member to join our growing team in Las Vegas. In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at community events, retail activations, and local outreach campaigns.

You'll interact directly with the public, create positive experiences, share information about charitable organizations and their missions, and help generate awareness and support for important causes.

This is a people-focused, event-based position that combines community engagement, communication, and brand representation. No experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations in a professional and positive manner
• Engage with event attendees and members of the public through friendly, face-to-face conversations
• Educate people about charitable organizations, their missions, and current initiatives
• Create an engaging and welcoming experience for attendees
• Answer questions and provide information about the organizations being represented
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and day-to-day event activities
• Participate in community events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns
• Work with team members to meet daily and campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing communication, customer engagement, and leadership training

Qualifications:

• Positive, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with new people in a fast-paced event environment
• Reliable, professional, and motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
