We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services (individual, group, or family) to clients with diverse backgrounds and mental health needs
- Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and other professionals
- Attend team meetings and stay updated with current practices and training
Experience:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) in MARYLAND
- 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
