Role Description: This full-time, on-site Sales Support Specialist role is based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Sales Support Specialist will handle incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries, qualify leads, understand client needs, and recommend appropriate branding and promotional solutions. This role will provide product information, prepare quotes, create basic proposals, and coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, and account management to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The Inbound Sales Specialist will maintain detailed records in the CRM system, follow up on open opportunities, and support customers throughout the sales cycle to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Daily responsibilities also include managing a personal sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding activity and revenue targets, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to clearly explain products, processes, and options to clients.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Experience, with the ability to identify needs, recommend solutions, and guide customers through the buying process.
- Comfort using CRM or sales software, email, and other digital tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with design, production, and operations teams.
- Previous experience in promotional products, branding, or a related creative services environment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
