Position Overview
✔ Degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
✔ Experience in food manufacturing or processing environments.
✔ Hands-on performance with FFS packaging systems and automation.
✔ Strong knowledge of packaging materials (films, laminates, plastics), automation systems, process validation, and performance testing.
✔ Proficient in planning/project tools (Excel, Gantt charts) and committed to continuous improvement.
✔ Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage across teams.
