Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily manufacturing and fabrication operations.
- Lead production employees and assign daily tasks.
- Manage production schedules, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain quality standards, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.
- Read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Coordinate material handling, shipping, and receiving.
- Troubleshoot production issues and identify process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or production experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in FRP, fiberglass, composites, or custom fabrication is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of production scheduling, quality control, and safety procedures.
