Welder - 2nd Shift

Brighton Tru-Edge
Cincinnati, OH Full Time
POSTED ON 7/31/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 11/27/2026

If you consider yourself a craftsman of metal and enjoy the challenge of building something new every day, we’d love to have you join our team as a Welder. We’ll rely on your skilled hands and sharp eye to produce high-quality welds, ensuring every component meets our standards for strength, precision, and appearance.

Because we know you bring more to the table than just running a bead, we’ll count on you to inspect your work, read and interpret prints, and take pride in delivering products that represent the best in our industry.

Have you ever taken a tour of a bourbon distillery or noticed the stainless-steel systems inside a brewery? There’s a good chance the vessels and components you saw were built right here in our shop.

We’re committed to investing in our welders by continuously introducing new technology—while also modernizing and improving our existing equipment. Whether it’s Stick, MIG, TIG, or more advanced processes, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your skills and grow your craft.

We understand that making a career move is a big decision. That’s why you’ll be paired with one of our experienced welders during training to ensure you gain the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed. Our typical training period lasts 2–3 months, or until you’re both confident in your abilities. We believe in growth, with a simple philosophy: “The more you know, the more you grow.”

If you’re looking for a hands-on, mentally engaging environment where your skills are valued and your work matters, Brighton could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
