The seasonal intern role supports an assigned advisor's marketing and business development initiatives by assisting with advisor branding, digital marketing, client communication materials, and content creation. This role provides hands-on experience in financial services marketing and offers exposure to the wealth management industry, advisor-client engagement strategies, and brand development efforts.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and interested in marketing, communications, business, finance, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and maintenance of advisor branding materials, including presentations and marketing collateral.
- Support content creation for webinars, newsletters, blogs, and/or client communications
- Help monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics to advisor.
- Collaborate with advisor on special projects related to client engagement and business development.
- Assist with event preparation, seminar marketing, and client appreciation initiatives as needed.
- Ensure marketing materials align with firm branding standards and applicable compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
