Brighton Securities is seeking an experienced and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our growing wealth management team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners—delivering personalized strategies that align with each client’s financial goals, values, and long-term vision. Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as a trusted Financial Advisor, offering holistic financial guidance that integrates investments, planning, retirement, estate, and tax strategies.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, cultivating relationships built on trust, results, and personalized service.
  • Drive new client acquisition through proactive outreach, strategic networking, and community engagement—positioning yourself and Brighton Securities as the partner of choice for comprehensive wealth management.
  • Design and implement customized financial strategies, aligning investment portfolios and planning objectives with each client’s long-term aspirations.
  • Leverage Brighton Securities’ independent platform and in-house specialists to deliver coordinated solutions in investment management, financial planning, and tax advisory.
  • Deliver a boutique, high-touch client experience, acting as the central advisor and ensuring that every interaction reflects precision, care, and accountability.
  • Operate with fiduciary discipline, upholding the highest ethical standards and regulatory compliance while prioritizing clients’ best interests.
  • Collaborate and lead within the firm, sharing expertise, mentoring rising advisors, and contributing to the continued growth of Brighton Securities’ private wealth platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Series 7, 66 (or 63 &65) active and valid.
  • A valid, active Insurance Life/Accident/Health license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting the role as a condition of employment
  • 3 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated track record in new business development and client book management
  • Familiarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A commitment to putting the client first, always.


Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Varies


Pay Transparency

This is a commission-based role where Individuals historically have earned between $150,000 and $600,000 per year based on performance and productivity against commission plan parameters.
