Schedule
- Part-Time Position
- 18 hours per week - 3 days per week is ideal currently
- Flexible scheduling may be available
- Additional hours may be offered based on business needs
- Maintain cleanliness throughout offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and facility grounds.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize workspaces and high-traffic areas.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Stock and replenish restroom, kitchen, and breakroom supplies.
- Operate custodial equipment safely and effectively.
- Identify and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and facility issues.
- Support company environmental and safety initiatives.
- Help ensure a clean, professional, and safe workplace for employees and visitors.
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience.
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and workplace safety practices.
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating floor scrubbers, buffers, or similar custodial equipment.
- Stable, hands-on role with meaningful impact.
