About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for two-year-olds.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their childs progress and needs.
- Encourage positive social interactions and emotional growth among students.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.
- Stay current with early childhood education trends and best practices.
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, but not required.
- Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain.
- Patient, nurturing demeanor with a passion for teaching young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Background check clearance and references required.
