Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Title Examiner. The Title Examiner will be responsible for conducting thorough title searches, analyzing deeds, and establishing chain of title documentation. This role ensures the accuracy of title records and supports the resolution of any title-related issues. Providing detailed reports to support land projects.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Title Opinions and experience with analyzing various legal land documents
- Understanding of Deeds and experience reviewing and interpreting property-related legal documents
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Title Searches and adversing owners in Chain of Title
- Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in legal records
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with title management systems and research tools
