Role Description
This full-time Intake Coordinator/CNA Scheduler role is an essential part of the Brighton Hospice team. Based on-site in Newton, MA, the candidate will be responsible for managing intake processes, scheduling Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), coordinating care plans, and liaising with patients, families, and caregivers. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality hospice care.
