As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing admissions processes, and ensuring exceptional resident experiences.
Regional Director of Admissions Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive admissions growth and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with facility leadership to identify marketing opportunities and develop targeted campaigns
- Manage admissions team to ensure efficient and effective operations, including promoting resident choice and understanding
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to admissions staff to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and admissions operations
- Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community leaders to drive business growth
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including admissions volumes, occupancy rates, and marketing metrics
Regional Director of Admissions Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in marketing and admissions leadership, preferably in the senior living industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
