We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk / Customer Service professional to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Bilingual in ENGLISH and PORTUGUESE is NECESSARY.
  • Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.
  • Processing of orders for eyeglasses and contact lenses.
  • Acquiring insurance eligibility
  • Sales and/or selling experience a plus
  • education: high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors preferred.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
  • Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using digital tools
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems to ensure organized records
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail handling, and document proofreading
  • Support administrative functions including bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic QuickBooks entries
  • Provide bilingual (ENGLISH / PORTUGUESE) support when needed to serve a diverse client base

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries via phone and email
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Data Entry tasks
  • Bilingual (PORTUGUESE) abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele
  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required.
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
