Brighton is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Visual Merchandising team at our home office. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on designing and producing high-quality print and in-store graphic materials that elevate the retail experience across our stores nationwide. The designer will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.

What You’ll Do
- Assist the Senior Graphic Designer with print and in-store graphic design projects for the Visual Merchandising team
- Design, update, and produce store signage, display graphics, and marketing materials
- Execute established creative direction and brand standards with precision and consistency
- Support graphic needs for other home office departments as assigned
- Prepare accurate, production-ready files while meeting tight deadlines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong graphic design skills with an emphasis on print and production
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
- Experience working efficiently under deadlines
- Collaborative, reliable, flexible and organized work style
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to work on-site at the Brighton home office
- Support a heritage brand known for craftsmanship and thoughtful design
- Contribute to elevated in-store visuals seen immediately across retail locations
- Gain experience collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team
