Lead Teacher: Full-Time

Purpose:
Ensure center compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, supervise children during all activities and individualize classroom instruction to prepare participating children to be successful in school.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and supervise children during all activities.
- Develop and maintain positive communication with parents.
- Assist and participate in developing classroom activities.
- Implement appropriate behavior management techniques.
Requirements:
- Child Development Associate (CDA) or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields
- Minimum of one year of experience in early childhood development.
- Ability to carry 20-35 lbs.

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $17.
