As a department within Brighton Center, Brighton Recovery Center for Women is a 24-hour residential program that focuses on helping residents gain the skills they need to successfully live a sober life through a long-term, peer-driven support model. The journey starts with a supportive environment that offers an array of holistic services aimed at helping women achieve wellness, economic independence, gain coping skills, and acquire additional life skills that allow them to rebuild their lives as a part of their recovery journey. Center Table, Catering with a Purpose, is a social enterprise catering business and a culinary training component of Brighton Recovery Center for Women.

Job Responsibilities
The Recovery Services Director provides daily oversight of all operations and aspects of programming of the Brighton Recovery Center and Center Table, Catering with a Purpose. The Director will:
- provide innovative, visionary, dynamic, and mission-aligned leadership.
- supervise a diverse program staff supporting their professional development and growth.
- develop high-quality programs focused on meeting customer needs and strong customer service.
- ensures contract compliance and adherence to funder requirements, including reporting, with integrity at the forefront.
- develops and monitors budgets, and ensures the financial viability of the department and expansion through grantsmanship.
- ensure data and outcomes are tracked and drive program evaluation and continuous learning and improvement.
- represent the department and agency in the community in a professional manner, fostering strong communication and public relations.
- maintain fidelity to the Recovery Kentucky model at all times.
- BA in related field, master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction and recovery.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a team and residential programming.
- Proven leadership and supervision of staff.
- Strong communication, public speaking, and community relations skills.
- Knowledge of program development, grant writing, and budget development.
- Knowledge of Department of Corrections regulations is desirable.
