Case Manager II- Recovery Services
Full Time, Non Exempt
*Immediate Opening 9/18/2023
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of dynamics of Substance Use Disorders, and dynamics of recovery and mental health needs.
- Assist in training and supporting Resident Monitors and Peer Mentors.
- Conduct intakes and assessments.
- Case management and coordination of services needed in or outside of the program.
- Facilitate classes and/or groups.
- Orient customers into the appropriate program component.
- Record customer progress and maintain case records.
Job Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree and/or combination of education/training and experience (professional and/or lived) is valued and will be highly considered.
- HS diploma or GED a must
- Peer Support Specialist Certification a plus
- Experience and training in the social service/mental health field.
