Job description:
Brighton Cabinetry is looking to add to our team! We are a custom cabinet manufacturer located in Neoga, IL looking for an Order Entry Clerk. The hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 6am to 3:30pm and Friday from 6am to 10am. We offer great benefits, and 3 guaranteed pay increases within your first year, we have 1 week of vacation after 6 months. We are looking for someone who is able to work proficiently on a computer and talk to customers with good communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Enters, updates and verifies data into various systems for use by all personnel.
- Reviews and verifies data entered into database to ensure accuracy.
- Tracks documents received and completion dates.
- Assists and trains employees and new data entry operators on software programs.
- Provides assistance to technical staff to resolve computer and software problems.
- Runs and distributes reports.
- Creates back up files for all data.
- Computer Skills: Order processors with computers and database systems. Understanding how to use a keyboard, typing, as well as computer programs like spreadsheets and Word documents is helpful.
