Physical Therapy Aide – Run the Therapy Floor from Day One

Most new grads spend their first year on the sidelines. At BrightLife, you're on the floor — working with real patients, learning real clinical skills — from week one.
We're a growing chiropractic and wellness clinic looking for a Physical Therapy Aide to take ownership of our therapy floor. You'll assist with modalities, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and play a direct role in their recovery. If you're fresh out of school and ready to actually do the work, this is your shot.
What You'll Do
- Run day-to-day operations of the therapy floor
- Assist patients with exercise programs, modalities, and recovery protocols
- Communicate progress and flag concerns to the clinical team
- Keep the floor organized, efficient, and patient-ready
- Be a core part of a tight-knit, high-performing team
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate (exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, or related field)
- Hungry, coachable, and genuinely passionate about helping people
- Strong communicator — with patients and with teammates
- Team-first mentality; no ego
- Someone who wants to grow with a clinic, not just punch a clock
