We are seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer with experience in BLDC motor control design. The team is tasked with building next generation robotic vehicles. The organization creates smart crucial robotic devices for critical infrastructure. This team has a hybrid work environment.
Requirements:
- 5 years as an electrical design engineer / product developer based on education completed
- 5 years’ experience with responsibility for complete development of test platform from initial product specification to project completion
- Strong knowledge of digital and analog electronics, circuit analysis, and evaluating hardware required
- Proficiency in schematic capture tools for PCB layout (altium).
- Experience with BLDC or other motor control board design
- Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and analog/digital circuitry.
- Experience with electrical safety standards, EMC and environmental compliance desired
- Knowledge of mechanical/thermal/packaging design for industrial electronics
