What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Brighteyes Septic Service?
We are seeking a reliable, highly motivated, and dependable individual with strong multitasking abilities and experience in customer service and basic accounting functions (accounts payable and receivable) Quick Books experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate daily and weekly technician routes
- Handle customer call-backs and provide excellent customer support
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Utilize Excel daily for data entry and reporting
- Perform general office duties including filing and scanning
Skills
- Proven experience as an Customer Service, office assistant or relevant role
- Basic Accounting experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Attention to detail is a must
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Dependable
- Exceptional organization skills
- High school diploma
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
- Administrative experience: 5 years (Preferred)
