- Leverage your network: Identify and engage organizations that can benefit from clean-energy transformation in your industryÂ

- Collaborate internally: Work with Brightergy’s Solution Architects, engineers, and finance team to deliver compelling proposals and presentationsÂ
- Advise strategically: Help clients align solar and storage projects with their business, financial, and sustainability goalsÂ
- Drive growth: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in your region or vertical, owning results and relationships from start to finishÂ

- 5 years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experienceÂ
- A strong existing network and credibility in one or more of these industries:Â
- Tech, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, Public Sector, Utilities, Agriculture, Transportation, or WarehousingÂ
- Proven history of closing high-value, complex dealsÂ
- Financial literacy — you’re comfortable with ROI and payback discussionsÂ
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship management skillsÂ
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for growth and client impactÂ
