Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Newton NJ. We are a small ABA agency that values and supports its employees. Compensation is based on experience and credentials. We will also help you grow your career by supporting you to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
- Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect data on a daily basis
- Communicate regularly with the BCBA
- Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of client
Basic Qualifications
- Hold Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field
- Experience in the field of ABA
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
